No cancellation or rescheduling fees.

Half-day mediations exceeding 4 hours and full-day mediations exceeding 8 hours may be billed for additional time at $550 per hour.

On-site mediations more than 75 miles from Seattle must be booked as a full day. 

Virtual mediations by video conference are at regular rates.
