Her service on the boards of the King County Sexual Assault Resource Center and the Jubilee Women’s Center exemplifies her empathy for those she serves.

A retired judge with 22 years on the bench, Theresa provides invaluable insights and applies her renowned judicial skills to a diverse array of mediations. Her commitment to justice and legal system reform are a continuing passion for Theresa.

Colleen brings over 30 years of experience and over 1000 successful mediations across various practice areas to the team. As a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, Colleen is recognized as a top mediator in the field.
